Cubs on a Hike
Two of our Cubs went on a hike recently along part of the West Highland Way, from Milngavie to The Beech Tree Inn. They managed to complete the eight mile walk in three and a half hours.
Cub Camping in Glencoe
One of our Cubs went camping in Glencoe recently. He also hiked to the Steall Falls and Nevis Gorge.
Hopefully we will all be able to go camping again soon!
Cubs Outdoor Challenge
The Cubs have been working towards their outdoor challenge, by making shelters and building a camp gadget.
Pizza and Soap Carving
This week at our Zoom meeting we made pizza and crafted soap carvings, which can go towards the creative challenge. We also welcomed some new Scouts who moved up this week, we hope you had a good first Scout meeting and that you’ll be back again next week.
Skills Challenge
The Cubs have been working towards their skills challenge, including making fruit kebabs for healthy living exercises.

Adventure Challenge
Leo recently completed a hike as part of his adventure challenge. He walked 4 miles and had all the correct clothing, footwear, snacks and drinks needed.
Pancake Day 2021
This week on our Zoom meeting we celebrated pancake day by making pancake stacks. Here are some of our Scouts creations, nice and varied choices of toppings! We also tried to ‘walk through’ an A4 sheet of paper.
